DRDO CEPTAM has released a short notification for CEPTAM 11 recruitment 2025. A total of 764 vacancies are announced for Senior Technical Assistant B (STA B) and Technician A (Tech A) in various disciplines across DRDO labs. Candidates will be able to apply online through the DRDO official website from 09 December 2025. Detailed advertisement with trade wise eligibility, exam pattern and syllabus will be published separately on the website.

Application Fee

As per short notice, application fee for CEPTAM 11 is expected to be similar to previous cycles. For reference, in recent DRDO recruitment General, OBC and EWS candidates paid around Rs 100 and SC, ST, PwBD and Ex Servicemen were exempted. Final fee structure will be confirmed in the detailed notification and must be paid online only.

Important Dates

Short notice released on 04 12 2025. Online registration for CEPTAM 11 is tentatively scheduled to start from 09 12 2025. Exact last date of online application, exam dates and schedule of tier wise tests will be announced in the detailed advertisement on DRDO website.

Age Limit

Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on the closing date of online application. Upper age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex Servicemen and other reserved categories as per Government of India rules and as mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant engineering or science discipline for STA B and ITI or 10th plus ITI in relevant trade for Technician A. Exact post wise qualification, experience and discipline requirements will be available in the detailed CEPTAM 11 notification. Candidates must be Indian citizens and medically fit as per DRDO norms.

Selection Process

Selection process will consist of Computer Based Tests in two tiers for most posts. For STA B there will be Tier I and Tier II CBT with questions from general aptitude and subject knowledge. For Technician A there will be Tier I CBT followed by Trade or Skill Test. Final selection will be based on merit in exams, document verification and medical fitness.

First complete registration with valid mobile number and email ID, then fill all personal, qualification and post preference details carefully, upload photo and signature, pay the online fee if applicable and finally submit and print the application form for future reference.
